Welcome to Steve’s Pump Service. We are a family owned and operated business that has 3 generations of experience and knowledge in the water industry. We are proud to provide honest, trustworthy and reliable submersible pump diagnostics, repair and installation throughout the Magic valley and beyond.

Our business was started in the mid 1960’s and was known as Bob’s Electric and Motor. Bob’s Electric and Motor focused on larger irrigation ditch pumps and motors. In 1977, Bob started into servicing, replacing and installing submersible pump systems along with ditch pumps. In 1979, Steve was proud to join his Father in laws business in helping rewind motors, rebuilding ditch pumps and servicing, replacing and installing submersible pump systems. In 2008 Steve changed the business name from Bob’s Electric and Motor to Steve’s Pump Service inc. In 2024, Steve’s Pump Service inc. was proud to welcome Steve’s Grandson, Bayley. Bayley is currently apprenticing under Steve to later test and receive his specialty licenses for plumbing and electrical.
